I think we should all admit it...The men of NKOTB are not too shabby. Dare I say they look hot! This photo of them is making me want to bust out to one of their old jams. I am going to have to ask the guy in the center to tone it down a little...he looks a bit Guido. I am gonna have to go with Joey as my favorite (based solely on looks) he just looks so cute, a total boy next door. Back in the day it was definitely Donny but I have since had my heart stolen by another Wahlberg. You know thew one...Mark, of Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch.

Laundry Day
I am not sad that the days of the laundromat are over. Although I had a good run of it; my best friend and I used to go and camp out, drink wine out of plastic cups, and play cards. It was very fun! But never did I have such an adorable bag to tote my laundry to and fro. I almost WANT to go to the laundromat just so I can get one of these laundry bags from www.indiarose.com , maybe I could wash a comforter or something?

It's a Sad Day for the Lauren...
I have just learned that several shows I love will never be returning to TV (insert tears here). I will just say that the loss of Men In Trees (love Anne), Big Shots, Miss Guided, Women's Murder Club (Angie kicks butt), and Cashmere Mafia are troubling me the most.
Plus is they keep Lipstick Jungle over Cashmere Mafia I will have words with America. Brooke Shields is so last decade (sorry avid B.S. fans). In Memoriam:

I tried.
I tried to limit my posts about Tory Burch but she just won't let me stop wanting her new things. So, I do not own a clutch (insert gasp here) I know it sounds crazy for a person like me but I have always felt a love hate with the clutch. Where will I set it down, will my arm get tired, where exactly will it be placed under my arm if I am wearing a tank top, what if I set it down and forget it? I know, I have real problems. But I have recently been thinking I may be clutch ready and I can't help but think I was meant to take the clutch plunge with Tory. I had my eye on a rattan one but this, this little red lovely is just what I need. I love accenting my neutrals with red so to have a purse in red...enough said.

Crushworthy
I had a dream last night that John Mayer was giving me yucky bugs to hold in my hand and I was pretending I liked it because I did not want to offend him. He kept taking my picture after he would hand me the bugs...strange. I am not sure what it all means for me but I do know that I have recently been very into John Mayer. It seems to me the once chubby faced sappy guitar player has evolved into an extremely attractive master guitar player. I am really into his music and his looks aren't too shabby either. Hopefully I will get to see him in concert when he comes to town at the end of July...just ANOTHER hint for Tod. (I think that is 2 in a row)

It's No Bid Deal...
I just want to be you, that's all. If you know me you know I have a full fledged obsession with Jennifer Aniston. I love her (in a normal way), I love her clothes, I love her hair. I love her simplicity and her commitment to all that is good. Take this picture for example... I love this picture-her hair, her outfit, her bag (even though you can only see a minor part of it), her jewelry, I even love the smart water (although I do not get paid for being photographed drinking it). If you don't love her then you don't love me.
I asked for John Mayer concert tickets for my birthday (hopefully I will get them) and when I go to see him hopefully she will be there. See, I even love the person she is dating.
With that I will conclude this tirade so I do not appear freaky (if I don't already).

Dreaming of Overpriced Bags
I have been really good about not lusting over high priced items lately but this bag I LOVE. And strangely...I even love it in purple (but I hate purple). As you all know I am an avid Jimmy Choo shoe fan but have never been to attached to the handbag collection. But this, this is perfect. I love the use of leather, suede, and zippers-versatile and chic. I see it myself in jeans, black flats, and a white v-neck adorned with this pretty pretty bag. For $2,000+ the only place I will be seeing it is in my dreams but that does not mean I cannot admire it, right?

Pick Me...Pleeease
For all you fellow "Lucky " magazine subscribers out there you probably already know that all Lucky ever shows you is how to make an outfit with a minimum of $700. I really rely more on style searching then bargain hunting for copies when it comes to my Lucky finds. I am even depressed by the so called "Lucky Breaks" as they usually allow you to buy a $650 handbag for $579...gee thanks for the "break". But this months cover with Amanda Peet (one of my ALL time favorite people) was too much...I MUST have it, all of it...How dare she come to my doorstep with that adorable outfit and accessories!!!! Then they say look inside for the cover give- away! What??? Check this loot...
So naturally I have registered to win on Lucky.com, problem is...I have NEVER won anything! If you are not a loser like me I suggest you register to win, just don't wear any of it in front of me please.

Laura Jeanne?
Am I the last to know that one of my all time favorite actresses is not who she says she is? The sweet girl who stole my heart in "The Man in the Moon" was Laura Jeanne all along? I had no idea Reese was her middle name, (insert sigh here). I think she definitely looks like a Reese and I like calling her Reese so I guess I will continue on and put the truth away in the corners of my mind never to be revisited again. Just thought you'd like to know, and if you already did shame on you for not telling me.

It's true...
As Tod and I arrived at the airport in Oakland on Saturday we were greeted by two very special people. Do you think you know? Ok, well I'll tell you-Jason Lee and Giovanni Ribisi! That's right. I figure that since they stood a mere 10 feet away for appx. 20 minutes that we are now friends. Why not? I'm sure they saw me and I definitely saw them. We were just common people that day with a common goal-a ride. In case you are wondering if they looked good-they did. They are both VERY crushworthy (strange how Jason's mustache was attractive in person). I will say I have regrets...they were standing there smoking and all I could think was...if I take a picture that would be lame, autograph-lame, just wanted to say hi-lame, but can I bum a cigarette-cool. I could have bummed the cig and given the butt to Stacie so she could make a neclace out of it (inside story). I could have told everyone that I smoked with Jason Lee-I'm so cool. Oh well.
We made it...
...to Lombard Street. That's right -we went, we saw, we drove (well Stacie drove). In the end we got this photo along with a scolding from a neighbor who informed us that Lombard Street is not Disneyland therefore we should stay out of the crosswalk and stop taking pictures. Mean neighbor guy aside it was worth it! We had so much fun in San Francisco and are sad to be home (except for coming home to charlie). I hope everyone had a fun weekend! I know I did.

It's the little Things...
Tod an I will be flying out to San Francisco tomorrow morning before the sun comes up! (Enter caffeine IV now). We are going on Holiday (I think we Americans should embrace the British way and refer to all trips as going on holiday..it sounds so much more fun). Aside from getting to see some of my most favorite people while we are there I will also embrace the touristy things we have managed to skip on our frequent visits. First a ride in an old cable car...then a trip down Lombard, and a big finish at Alcatraz (with a lot of other fun stuff in between). We will be back to our real lives Tuesday See you then!
