Baby Talk

To baby talk or not to baby talk...Tod and I may use special voices from time to time to excite out precious little Madelyn but in general we do not baby talk. Never been a big fan. If you however feel the need I will not stop you, I will not make fun of you, I pretty much will not care. Last night we had Tod parents over for dinner (Madelyns Amma and Pops). When they arrived I instantly put them on baby patrol while I went to the kitchen to prep for dinner. I was standing over the sink listening to Amma baby talk up a storm...serious baby talk. All I could think of was the scene from Meet the Fockers when Pamcakes dad says "Don't infantilize him Greg" about their little grandson. I actually laughed out loud as I stood in my kitchen alone.
